Dell Streak presale today: Did you buy one?

Streak-presale-812 Today's the big day, folks!

Anyone who signed up for the 24-hour presale opportunity, which was closed early this morning, can now order the Streak and its accessories using the purchase link provided in the email from Dell.

As a reminder, the Streak ships with Android 1.6 and will be updated to 2.2 later this year; although the UK is scheduled to get 2.1 next month, the US will most likely skip it and make a beeline for Froyo. The AT&T device is being offered online only in a single configuration (carbon black with 16GB microSD card) and, as expected, costs $299.99 with a two-year contract and $549.99 without a contract. The cherry red version is said to be coming soon, while no mention has been made of the 32GB model that O2 is carrying.

So did you buy one? With or without a contract? Next-day shipping? Accessories?

I ordered mine off-contract with the form fit and wallet cases (and the $0.99 Bluetooth headset). I was forced to pay next-day shipping (~$60) because I live in Hawaii. The estimated delivery dates are the 16th for the headset, the 17th for the Streak, and the 19th for the cases. When the device arrives, I'll be packing up the UK Streak I have now and sending it off to Gazelle.com, where I've already sold my US beta Streak.
