If you’ve been waiting around for the Android 5.1 factory image for the Google Nexus 6 by Motorola to appear on Google’s developers site, wait no more! You can head over there right now and get your factory image goodness on.

The Android 5.1 factory image for the Nexus 6 joins images already posted for the Nexus 5, Nexus 10, and WiFi-only 2012 Nexus 7.

We are still waiting on images for the Nexus Player, WiFi and LTE versions of the Nexus 9, WiFi and LTE versions of the 2013 Nexus 7, the Nexus 4, and the 3G-enabled 2012 Nexus 7.

I don’t know about you, but to me it seems like Google is releasing these in a very odd order, with mostly older devices coming first and leaving us early adopters out to dry. In any case, these are Nexus devices, which means that the wait won’t be too much longer – even if every passing minute feels like an eternity.
