Sprint suing AT&T over fake 5G branding

From the company that brought you the second most limited “Unlimited” and a series of coverage maps made up by guessing comes a lawsuit against AT&T for branding their enhanced 4G network “5G E”.

The lawsuit has been filed in federal court requesting they not be allowed to advertise or brand their 4G network 5Ge.

I mean, they really should be held to some sort of advertising standards, but until free means free, unlimited means unlimited, and a $50 plan is $50 without made up fees (not talking taxes, these surcharges that have no explanation) I don’t think any carrier can really take the moral high ground here.
