DS Lites given to Southwest Airlines devotees

NdsliteHmm. Suddenly in-flight iPod integration sounds like a bum deal. I mean, you actually have to buy your own iPod. Southwest Airlines, on the other hand, has just mailed out fifty Nintendo DS Lite bundles to their favorite Rapid Rewards Members. The "thank you, fly again" packages include a brand new DS Lite (only the world’s bestselling handheld gaming system) and Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day, the popular game that Best Buy and Circuit City were actually giving away last summer.

The frequent flyers have collectively racked up more than seventy-nine million miles and spent nearly 133,000 hours in the air. Wait a minute. That’s practically fifteen years. A DS Lite and a game for fifteen years of these people’s lives? I think I’d rather buy my own iPod.
