Longer peek at Intel MID booth

We weren’t able to take too many pictures at the Intel booth this afternoon (we weren’t supposed to be there, after all) but here’s a small taste of what to expect tomorrow.

On the left wall are rows of capsules, each contain an Atom-based MID and informational placard. Hands-on stations (not even half-filled at the time of the photo) are set up in front of it.

Based on the quick glance we were able to get, there doesn’t seem to be too much that we’ve never seen before. Of particular note, however, are the Viliv S7, UMID M1, and a 5-inch slate called the Venus by BYD.

We’ll get clear photos of everything tomorrow, as well as some hands-on time with as much as we can, but nothing really stands out as new or really exciting so far.
