ClarionMiND MID now $600 at Amazon

Clarionmind_599_amazon

Don't be fooled by that crossed-out $699 list price and $99.01 savings. The Atom-based ClarionMiND that was launched in September and released in November for $649.99 has only received a $50 price cut on Amazon.

Now in stock and shipping for $600 minus a penny, the ClarionMiND may still be considered overpriced given its 4GB SSD and ~1.5-hour battery life, but for a GPS unit with an Intel Atom processor, WiFi, Bluetooth, Firefox-based web browser, YouTube, Google Maps, and respectable multimedia support, it's not a bad deal at all.
