Unidentified mobile device looks familiar

Rather than a silly prank or some made-up product announcement, I'm observing April Fools' Day here on Pocketables with a very simple riddle. What is this device?

I've been going through my archives for a few days trying to figure out whether I've seen it before, but I can't find anything conclusive. The mystery slider's "product page" is of no help, listing the specs of the Sony Vaio UX Micro PC (which Hefei Throuda Trade Co. also "sells") instead, and there aren't any additional photos/views of the unit either. I see a USB port on the side, stereo speakers, a joystick, what might be a webcam, and some buttons, but nothing particularly identifiable as belonging to a particular brand.

Anyone know what it is?
