Aigo prepping XP-running MID phone

Aigo_mid_phone

It's certainly becoming less uncommon to hear about Windows XP MIDs that can function as mobile phones. Though none have actually been released yet, the ITG xpPhone, MIU HDPC, BYD Mars, and maybe even the Linux-based LonMID M100 easily come to mind (some more quickly than others) when considering the MID/smartphone combo. Add to this list a still-in-development MID phone by Aigo that my Pocketables newshound sniffed out today and we're looking at a pretty decent sampling of what will likely become a compelling category of truly converged mobile computing devices.

The MID phone, as Google Translate calls it, features left and right mouse buttons flanking the slide-out keyboard (number pad included), an unspecified Intel processor (presumably Atom), Windows XP, and all the functions one would expect to find on a standard cell phone, including the ability to send and receive phone calls and SMS/MMS messages.
