Viliv gives UMPC fans an early Christmas present by announcing the new N5
We're big fans of Viliv here at Pocketables, the Korean company well known for its superb MID and UMPC offerings, such as the S5 Premium and X70 EX tablets and the S7 convertible handtop/mini notebook. So it is with great excitement that we have learned Viliv is set to reveal a brand new product at CES early next month, the N5. Very few details are currently known, but the device has a clamshell/handtop form factor similar to the UMID M2, will feature a 4.8-inch screen with a resolution of 1024×600, and include 3G, WiFi, and GPS. Coming from Viliv, we can also assume that the N5 will live up to the company's usual high quality construction and long battery life/standby times.
Viliv has announced that all will be revealed at CES, where both the N5 and S10 netbook will be launched. I'm looking forward to finding out more as soon as possible, specifically the hardware details keeping in mind some of the new developments we have seen lately. Who else is interested in Viliv's latest?
