Cydle Android MID loves to do the twist

This little contraption here is one of the more interesting things I have run across over the last few days. I’ve never heard of Cydle, but they mentioned to me that it will be sold under their name. I really wanted to check it out closer, but I was afraid that an attack dog might come out of nowhere upon learning that I don’t follow directions, even when written in large bold letters.

These particular units were early prototypes and were missing the buttons and some ports, but they were fully functional. According to Cydle, this will ship with HDMI out, and the neatest feature of all is the USB port on the back that will turn this into a standalone USB monitor.

As far as I could tell, there was no battery pack, and the base also serves as a hard screen cover when folded shut.
