Mophie Juice Pack now brings TV to the iPhone
I spotted this over at the Qualcomm booth, since their technology is key to the Flo TV service that many of you may have heard of. Anyone who has been to a Best Buy lately and looked at the Archos Android may have spotted the diminutive portable Flo TV device sitting right next to it.
Now Mophie is bringing this same service to the iPhone via its new version of the Juice Pack, which combines live TV along with an extended battery. Physically, the new Mophie is almost identical to what they have been selling for a while, except now it comes in a rubbery, matte finish.
This could end up being a decent alternative to SlingPlayer Mobile for the iPhone, only if the channel lineup is strong and the required monthly subscription is not out of line.
