Dell Mini 5 teases us on video once again at CTIA 2010

Dell_ctia

It’s probably a safe bet to say that without a doubt, the Dell Mini 5 (aka, Streak) has been one of the most highly-anticipated devices of the past 4-6 months, or at least it was until Sprint’s EVO 4G unveiling brought out the drop-jaw in all of us. Still, the Mini 5 is bringing a ton of goods to the table, namely that 5-inch capacitive screen and landscape layout that tends to push it more into the MID category rather than that of the smartphone, even though it will be able to pull double duty.

While Dell is still being extremely vague with the release date and price, let alone the official name, they are more than happy to show off the fingerprint-happy Mini 5 to those lucky enough to be at CTIA 2010. It just so happens that TheStreet caught up with the diminutive Android tablet and, with video camera in tow, they were able to capture the device running through a variety of tasks on what looks to be nearly finished firmware.

For those who have already forgotten about the Mini 5 in this recent flood of smartphone nirvana , check out the video after the break for a little refresher, then join the rest of us as we not-so-patiently wait for the chance to get one of our own.
