HTC EVO 4G now available at Amazon, with and without service

You didn't really think HSN would be the only previous unadvertised retailer to start selling the HTC EVO 4G to the masses, did you?

Of course not! So it's no big shocker that the EVO is also now available and shipping "within 8-9 business days." New Sprint customers can get the phone for $199.99 with a new service planir?t=pocketables 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B003N9B3CY - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here, while existing customers (and anyone else for that matter) can purchase it without service for $469.99ir?t=goodandevo 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B003P7VPT0 - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here. This off-contract price is cheaper than Radio Shack's $499.99, plus it's eligible for free shipping and no tax (depending on your area), so it's a good option for those wanting to use the EVO as a WiFi-only MID.

  • Yup, bought mine from amazon on 6/4. Unfortunately estimated delivery is between 6/17 and 6/22. That’s with the free two day shipping.

  • do not buy this phone at full price if you are a new sprint customer!

i spent several hours on the phone with sprint and they refused to activate it without me entering into a two year agreement. returned it shortly after.
