Good and EVO

HTC EVO graces front page of Radio Shack weekly ads

Rs-evo-weekly

It isn't the whole front page or as big as the storefront window poster, but it's still nice to see the HTC EVO 4G on the cover of this week's Radio Shack ads. Those disturbing Dadtopia butterflies with their man faces of glee also make an appearance, but they're easy enough to ignore since they kind of seem more interested in the headline than any of the products.

The EVO is the most expensive device, but it also looks like the most important one to me with the red bar announcing its 4.3" touchscreen and most of the phone's details printed over the brightest spot on the page.

I know for a fact that my dad would have zero interest in the EVO (he just got a new Samsung flip phone the other day and is thrilled that it doesn't have a screen on the front), but maybe he's the exception to the norm. Anyone getting one for their dad or hoping to get one from your kids?
