iPhone icons used in Dell Streak’s applications list

Streak-iphone-icons

Here's something I never expected to see while checking out the list of apps preinstalled on my Dell Streak: iPhone icons. As you can see in the image above, the iPhone's Settings icon is used for EMList, while an icon of the iPhone itself has been chosen as the thumbnail image for SIMInfo.

Unless this is one of Google's Easter eggs, which is unlikely, it would seem that quality assurance was definitely not the reason the Streak took so long to be released. Barely any mention of Android on the box, a deceptive product image plastered on the front of the box, and now the use of iPhone icons? Is no one getting paid to check on stuff like this?
