Seidio Innocell 3500mAh battery for HTC EVO gets priced
Seidio is sure taking its time releasing information about the upcoming Innocell 3500mAh extended battery for the HTC EVO. First the company gave us the product's name, weeks later we got to see what the battery would look like, and now we finally know the price.
The 3500mAh monstrosity will retail for $69.95 from Seidio and can already be preordered from Amazon for $63
, which actually isn't too bad considering that the 1750mAh battery sells for $40 to $50, depending on the retailer. The pricing is in line with similar batteries for other products, but it wouldn't have been unreasonable to assume that a battery with twice the stated capacity would cost twice as much.
Based on its timeline so far, I guess it'll be another few weeks before Seidio gets around to revealing the release date.
