Do you think the Dell Streak is really coming to the US on July 19th?

Streak-att-kiosk-rumorThis isn't the first time we've seen July 19th bandied about as a possible US release date for the Dell Streak, but when BGR and Engadget both repeat it (albeit with uncertainty), the date is worth revisiting.

Although neither site has water-tight information—BGR cites an "AT&T source" while Engadget shows photos of a hidden kiosk at an AT&T corporate store—the fact that both thought highly enough of the information to post it (neither does things just for the sake of page views) can't be ignored.

So what do you think? Is Dell unveiling the Streak the day after the Samsung Captivate goes on sale at AT&T? Is the secret kiosk housing a device that has been known about since October 2009, is already officially available in the UK, and has been handed out to 1,000 random race participants turned beta testers (some of whom have put their specially-packaged devices up on eBay)? Would Dell really keep quiet all this time and then suddenly announce the Streak to the masses the day it goes on sale?
