HTC EVO gets custom case for use with camera tripod
If you've ever looked at the iPhone-specific Joby Gorillamobile
tripod and thought about making something similar for the HTC EVO 4G, then you and G&E reader ogcidman911 have more than just your phone in common.
With a spare case, acrylic paint, some epoxy and sandpaper, a nut, and the ever-popular Gorilla Glue, ogcidman911 created a simple yet effective EVO case that can be easily mounted to just about any camera/camcorder tripod or other accessory that makes use of a 1/4" screw.
A small flexible tripod
is a great accessory to have in your gadget arsenal because it's compatible with so many different devices. It also provides stabilization, which improves image/video quality, and enables you to be more creative with your shots.
