Hybrid flexi skin for HTC EVO 4G breaks up case monotony

Evo-hybrid-flexi-caseI've already reviewed more than a dozen cases for the HTC EVO and still have at least 10 more sitting in a pile under my coffee table in need of some attention. Although lack of time is the main reason for the neglect, lack of interest comes into play as well. Silicone, leather, plastic, silicone, leather, plastic, cutout, no cutout; it's monotonous!

That's why the Hybrid Flexi Skin Cover now available for $13.99 from DayDeal is such a breath of fresh air. In addition to the honeycomb design on some of the cases (the others have a clear back), what makes them stand out from the crowd is that "hybrid" in its name. The back is hard plastic, but the bumper/edge is made of glossy TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) for shock absorption and longevity.

Nothing groundbreaking, sure, but still refreshing to someone who spends as much time as I do looking at EVO cases.

The Hybrid Flexi Skin Cover comes in 9 variations: clear back with white, red, or pink bumpers; honeycomb back in black, purple, blue, clear, pink and red with black bumper.

Thanks, Erin!
