HTC EVO 4G expected back in stock at Sprint.com next week
Although HTC EVO 4G production has never grinded to a halt and people have generally been able to get their phones within a week or two of being put on a waiting list, the device hasn't ever been in plentiful supply.
Most stores don't have any on hand that aren't already reserved for other customers, and it's been sold out online for quite a while now. Sprint.com doesn't have any, it's "not available" for shipping or pickup at Best Buy, Amazon says the phone "usually ships within 6 – 7 weeks," it's out of stock at Wirefly, and it's advertised as "coming soon" to LetsTalk.
There's no telling when cyber shelves across the web will be filled with EVOs, but the good news for the EVO-less is that at least one retailer is expecting a shipment in the next few days. Recent tweets from Sprint indicate that the company "[expects] to be able to make EVO available on sprint.com again early next week."
