Celebrity-impersonated voices can be used to send text messages from HTC EVO to landline phones
I don't know why anyone would want to do this, but I guess if your friends and family really don't like the woman's voice they hear when you use your HTC EVO to send a text message to their landline number—you know about Sprint's Text 2 Landline service, right?—then there's a chance that you could briefly amuse them with poorly impersonated voices of Barack Obama, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Cosby, Rosie Perez, Dr. Ruth, or Joan Rivers.
Yes, you could have "Barack Obama" reading your automated text message when you're too busy to answer someone's call or you want to try to fool your must gullible pal that you've hired a "celebrity" secretary to take care of your calls.
If you're interested, dial 781-577-6886 on your EVO, press 2, and then press 1 to select the voice you want.
Thanks, PHADE!
