Full version of Angry Birds takes flight on HTC EVO 4G [Updated]

Angry-birds-getjar It's been about 6 weeks since those hot-headed birds were first sling-shotting across your HTC EVO's screen in the 15 levels of Rovio's Angry Birds Lite Beta, and now they're back and angrier than ever. The ad-supported full version of the game, logically titled Angry Birds, was just released for free at GetJar (of all places). An ad-free version will be available for an undisclosed price in Android Market "later" (i.e., not today); the game with ads will be there over the weekend.

Like its mobile OS counterparts, this version of Angry Birds features many more levels (not as many as iOS at the moment, though) and is much more challenging than the lite beta. Future updates will of course improve the app and will most likely include new levels, which could mean new birds, pigs, and maybe even launch equipment.

Update: Angry Birds is now in Android Market.
