HTC EVO 4G spotted on Fringe again
Even though we already saw the HTC EVO 4G being used in an episode of Fringe last month (and we all see one in person every day), there's still something kind of exciting about seeing it on the show again. It's similar to the feeling you might get when you're watching the news and you spot someone you know in the background.
G&E reader Sterling must know what I mean by that because he sent me a cropped and rotated screen capture of the EVO's brief appearance on last week's episode. He also passed along a few notes:
- The EVO is roaming and receiving an international call because Fringe is filmed in Canada.
- The 3G icon in the taskbar indicates that the EVO is running an older version of the software, most likely because the episode was filmed a while ago.
- The EVO was being used in a night scene on the show, yet the time in the taskbar shows 10:30 a.m.
I don't watch Fringe or any other FBI/crime drama, but I may have to make an exception if the EVO is joining the cast and revealing little things about filming.
