It's just an unnamed Intel Oak Trail concept device at Intel's CES booth that's said to be transforming into a slider before its release, but over at Razer's booth the 7" clamshell running Windows 7 and widening everyone's eyes with its adaptive keyboard is known as the Switchblade.

Here's a video of the Switchblade (ignore the bit about the Intel Atom chip) to get you up to speed if you're unfamiliar with the device and/or haven't already read Engadget's hands-on report.
