Sneak peek at Intel’s CES 2011 booth

IMG_3490

The Intel booth at CES is usually the best place to check out all the new MIDs but since tablets are clearly dominating this year's show, there wasn't a MID in sight this afternoon. The team still has nearly 12 hours before the doors open, though, so there's plenty of time for all kinds of goodies to take their spots throughout the expansive area.

In the meantime, here's what the booth looked like when I saw it today.

This is where most of the good stuff should be tomorrow!

This Tablets area is where I saw the Cynovo device and Viliv X70. I'm sure there will be several rows of people surrounding the table and leaving their greasy fingerprints on all the slates tomorrow.

The doors of CES 2011 open at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. I'll be at an off-site Dell press conference (coverage will most likely appear on StreakSmart, depending on what's announced) and won't be back at the Convention Center until after lunch, so I'm glad I was able to take a little tour of the showroom today.
