Talisman Group HTC EVO car dock has camera cutout for filming your drive
Unless an HTC EVO car dock does something unique like mount in a CD player slot, it's tough for it to get noticed, especially with all the cheap universal ones available at places like eBay.
What makes Minnesota-based Talisman Group's high impact polymer plastic dock stand out—other than that it was designed exclusively for the EVO—is that it features a special cutout for the camera. There are other docks out there that leave the lens unobstructed too, but this one is particularly noteworthy because the lens is the only part on the back that's exposed. Unlike other EVO-specific docks, this one actually covers the entire back of the phone; it's kind of like a snap-on hard case with a mount attached to it.
Again, this isn't the only car dock that makes the EVO's camera accessible. I just think the cutout is a nice touch that could have easily been left out.
