Honeycomb on the G1? Yeah, it happened
For those of you expecting the current build on Honeycomb for Android to be tablet specific, well you (we) were wrong. Those incredible guys over at XDA are at it again, and bringing all of this goodness specifically to the original Android, the G1. The Rom was built by zFr3eak and his buddy yohshua, and is currently in a pre-alpha build right now. There is some lag, and the hardware might have a hard time keeping up. Nonetheless, the G1 is still running Honeycomb, and doing a fairly decent job as well.
