Dell adds WiFi-only Streak 7 to US website
The WiFi-only Dell Streak 7 is already available in the UK and has been sporting a $379 preorder price in the US since last month, so the recent revision on the official Dell.com product page to acknowledge its existence isn't telling us anything we didn't already know.
But since a US release date hasn't been announced yet and the page didn't look like that the last time I checked (a day or so ago), I think it warrants a little mention here. It's obviously a precursor to a matching green "Select" button on Dell's site and a press release, both of which are expected to appear any day now.
The Streak 7 has been almost universally panned because of its screen quality and battery life, but I think a WiFi-only option offered at a truly competitive price ($379 isn't it, Dell) could put some pressure on the WiFi-only Galaxy Tab and upcoming HTC Flyer.
