Dell Streak external battery charger available now for less than $5
Although the $10 Lenmar Universal Clip Charger is certainly able to charge a Dell Streak battery outside of the device, it doesn't exactly do it with style.
If you'd rather have an external battery charger with a much more standard look for less than half the cost, then head over to DealExtreme and check out the "USB/AC Battery Charging Cradle for Dell Mini 5/Streak" it's selling for just $4.80 with free worldwide shipping.
The white plastic charger features a fold-out US plug for easy storage and a USB port for use with what appears to be your own cable (unless it's just not listed in the product description, a cable isn't included). It isn't clear if the Streak can be connected to this charger so that two batteries can be charged at the same time (one in the Streak, one in the external charger), but it won't take more than 5 bucks for someone to find out.
As is typical with DealExtreme, the more chargers you buy, the cheaper each one becomes.
