StreakDroid7 v1.0 makes glorious debut on rooted Dell Streak 7

Streakdroid7

In the beginning, DJ_Steve received a Dell Streak 7 from Hellzya.

The tablet was unaware of its power, so DJ_Steve said "Let there be hacking" and there was hacking.

He saw the Tegra 2 processor, that it was good: and he overclocked it to 1.4GHz. He called the old Quadrant score 1954 and the new score 3056. And the benchmark scores were the first day.

And DJ_Steve said "Let there be Nvidia PerfHud drivers and the ability to disable RIL to save battery." And he created the drivers, updated the kernel with tuns/cifs support, improved overclock stability, added his Gingerbread theme, and based everything on Dell's official 2.2.2 build: and it was so.

And DJ_Steve christened his creation StreakDroid7 v1.0. And the new custom ROM for the Streak 7 was the second day.

And we all saw that it was good.

In non-Genesis words, on what was basically the second day of ownership last week, DJ_Steve released a custom ROM for the Dell Streak 7. And yes, it's awesome.
