WiFi-only Dell Streak 7 hits UK first, available now for £299

Since the US got the 4G-enabled Dell Streak 7 before the rest of the world, it's only fair that another region gets first dibs on the WiFi-only version.

Amazon still lists the 3G/4G connectivity-challenged tablet for a US preorder price of $379 without so much as a hint as to when it will be released, but Dell UK is shipping the "Foggy Night Grey" device to its patrons for £299 right now. A 3G version is expected to launch in the country later this spring for an unknown price with an unknown carrier.

And before you ask, yes, famed dev DJ_Steve is in the UK. But he already has a Streak 7 to call his own. That guy doesn't do anything according to Dell's timeline, remember?
