HTC EVO 3D case suggests release is imminent

Many of us already believe that the HTC EVO 3D will be released in early June but for those who don't, here's another bit of "evidence": a blurry photo of an EVO 3D case presumably sitting in the back room at a store somewhere across the country.

It's just a simple case—either a smooth silicone skin or a thin snap-on hard shell—that reveals nothing new about the phone and is nowhere near as interesting as an early glimpse of the final version of the kickstand-equipped case we saw at CTIA would be, but hey, it's something.

I don't know how far in advance stores usually get accessories for an unreleased phone, but it's probably only a few weeks . . . bringing us right back to that early June release. I've even heard some whispers of a late May launch, but June seems much more likely to me.

Either way, every day that passes brings us one day closer to the EVO 3D's release.
