Kickstarter spotlight: SoundJaw

The SoundJaw Kickstarter project is a simple product that aims to change a common issue with the iPad 2; with the speaker being on the back, the sound shoots out in the wrong direction and can be easily muffled by hands and whatnot. It’s a small, low profile plastic attachment that takes the audio and shoots it around the side to the front. Such devices already exist for other devices so the concept is a proved one.

$20 will pre-order a SoundJaw, and with a funding goal of only $7000 this should be within reach. Head over to the project page and pledge the project, I already did.
