Kobo has just announced today their new eReader, the Kobo Touch, which will be available soon packing the new Pearl eInk technology and yup, you guessed it, a touch screen display. The new reader will be priced at $130, which makes it the newest and cheapest worthwhile ereader out. The touch tech comes courtesy of a beefier new processor which enables a smoother response/refresh rate. The new reader supports ePub, PDF, and open standards for those library fans. Oh, and did I forget to mention you can pick between purple, blue, silver and black? You can pre-order the touch reader through these retailers. Engadget had  nice little hands on at Book Expo America, so check it out for a little more info.
