KT Telecom's TAKE Janus KM-S200 is the one phone to rule them all
The TAKE Janus KM-S200, recently announced by Korean wireless carrier KT Telecom, has amazing specs including the world’s first 1.5GHz dual-core processor (a Qualcomm MSM8260), a beefy 1GB of RAM, and a large 4.3-inch qHD 960 x 540 touchscreen. It runs Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) and has a 1.3-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto focus and flash. Other specs include HSUPA, SRS WOW HD audio, 1080p HD recording and playback, GPS, an internal DMB-TV tuner, and 16GB of integrated memory, as well as a microSD card slot.
The phone is 128.5 x 65 x 9.8 mm, putting it in between the Galaxy S II and HTC Sensation in terms of thickness. It comes in black, white, or two-tone black and white and will sell for around $740 off contract.
This is certainly a very tempting device, with the best specs of any Android phone currently on the market. Here's to hoping we see it stateside soon.
