KungFu Food Panda: Most blatant game/move ripoff ever?

kungfufoodpanda - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here

I simply love what some people will come up with to cash in on other people’s success. Chinese OEM manufactuers love ripping off hardware and accessories and some developers love “borrowing” ideas from others, which is sometimes a good thing and sometimes not so much. The most blatant ripoff I’ve seen in quite some time though (Gameloft aside) has to be KungFu Food Panda. It takes its gameplay elements from Fruit Ninja HD and its graphics from the popular Kung Fu Panda animated move (with the sequel in theaters now, which explains the timing). In other words, you slice and dice food while panda graphics pop up all over the place. The result isn’t bad by any means, it’s just so blatantly ripped off from the movie and game that it’s a bit silly (the game has no affiliation with any). The game is free with ads though, so it might be worth checking out.
