Revised HTC EVO View 4G image corroborates June 24 release date

When the HTC EVO View 4G was formally announced at CTIA 2011, the official press shots had that day's date—March 22—displaying in the infamous Sense clock widget.

Today, however, just days after a screenshot from an internal Sprint site spilled the beans on a June 24th promotion date for the 7-inch Gingerbread/Sense 3.0-touting tablet, a quick check on HTC's US site reveals the clock widget showing "Fri, Jun 24" as the date instead. Coincidence?

Sprint still has the original "Tues, Mar 22" clock on its EVO View 4G vanity page, but it's not like the carrier's website has been much of a source of leaked info on the new EVO additions, anyway.

[HTC] Thanks, Todd!
