Box TouchPad app giving 50GB of cloud storage to TouchPad users free
The team at Box.not is giving HP’s TouchPad owners a nice little welcome gift with 50GB of storage……at no cost! Apparently they too were a little bummed out by the lack of expandable storage, so they decided to capitalize and help out early TouchPad adopters. Not a bad welcome gift considering their competitor Dropbox gives away 5GB free, and Box themselves charges $20/month for that amount. I’ll take that extra 45GB and upload my pictures, documents and audio to the service. Box.net is very big in the business crowd, and has some excellent doc sharing capabilities. Simply go through the site, firefox or chrome browser add ons, or the TouchPad itself to upload, share and download whatever you need. Thanks for the heads up SamIam78!
