Complete Gingerbread theme now available for flashing on rooted Dell Streak

Gingerbread-mod-screenshot If you're like me, then you love the speed and stability of DJ_Steve's StreakDroid 1.9.1 on your Dell Streak, but you aren't the biggest fan of the visual modifications he's made and would prefer a more stock-looking theme.

Well, you're in luck, as TheManii over on xda-developers has modified a few of Steve's .apks to make your pocket tablet look just like stock Gingerbread!

TheManii made the modifications based on the Nexus One's Gingerbread ROM, and installing the modded .apks is a very simple process. Just download the .zips you want to install, and then move them to your Streak and flash them with StreakMod Recovery.

In addition to changing the look of your pull-down notification bar, these modded .apks can remove the AM/PM notification in the system tray, change the way the menus look, change the system fonts, and even change all the system app icons to those of stock Gingerbread 2.3. What makes this mod even cooler is that the mods aren't co-dependant: you can flash as many — or as few — as you want.
