iDisplay makes your Dell Streak a second computer screen
If there's one thing that the Dell Streak has over all other smartphones on the market, it's screen size. The Streak is the biggest smartphone on the US market as of right now, and one look at it tells you why.
That size is really going to come in handy for those who download this next app.
iDisplay is an app that connects your Streakto your laptop or desktop, and lets it function as a second screen for your computer. You can drag and drop windows, play desktop games, and even use your laptop's full keyboard running Word and other programs on your Streak, as well as using touch to control those programs. And, since it's wireless, you can take that second screen anywhere within your WiFi range.
It does have some problems: it can be a laggy, some computers might not have drivers that are compatible with this software, and the screen is probably a little too small to be a full-time second screen. Even so, iDisplay works better on the Dell Streak than it will on any other smartphone, simply because the screen is bigger. And those fortunate enough to have a Streak 7, or any other Android tablet for that matter, will probably love this app even more.
