iPhone 5 to have personal Assistant?

Butler-2868iOS 5 has already shown quite a bit of added functionality for people who need some assistance in using their devices. For instance, you can add on-screen buttons in lieu of your gestures in case you have something that prevents you from effectively using gestures.

But now, Apple's going even further with its assistance-oriented version of iOS and is adding a feature aptly named Assistant. It's going to coincide with Apple's licensing of Nuance's technologies and purchase of Siri and give iOS a better way to compete with Google's already-great Android speech recognition.

Hopefully this happens in time for the release of iOS 5 and the iPhone 5 because I'd love to see some better speech recognition from Apple. What they have now isn't comparable to the competition.
