New Netflix update fixes double-speed playback on Dell Streak

Netflix-icon If you've been wanting to stream your favorite movies and TV shows to your Dell Streak via the Netflix app, but you don't want to modify the inner workings of your pocket tablet, then we here at StreakSmart have some good news for you!

The latest update to the Netflix app fixes the double-speed playback issue experienced by would-be Dell Streak movie viewers. This means that all you need to do to enjoy Netflix on your five-inch phone is install the app and press play!

The previous versions of the application would, for some, play video at twice the speed that the video should be played, and for others, play no video at all. There were a few ways to fix this, the most popular being to change around some information in a system file. Now, you only have to install the updated Netflix app to enjoy a movie or TV show!

Unfortunately, you can't grab the app on the Android Market yet since the Streak isn't on the list of officially supported devices, but you can still grab the .apk at the link below.
