Verizon Samsung Galaxy SII to have 4G LTE

Galaxy2

The original Samsung Galaxy S line was really popular. Available on every major US carrier, it provided fantastic hardware and software in an easy-to-use and attractive package for consumers. So it really shouldn't be a surprise that those carriers are now making a big deal about the Galaxy SII.

The SII was announced quite a while back, and it's been available elsewhere since the beginning of May. It should be arriving stateside sometime next month. And on Verizon, it will thankfully include 4G data. The announcement was made via Twitter this morning.

In case you need a refresher on the device's specs, here you go: a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800, an 8MP camera capable of full 1080p video capture, and 32GB of storage.
