Ever since I played Madden 94 on my Sega Genesis, Madden NFL has been my favorite way to play football. Last year, Madden 11 came out for select Android devices, but to my dismay . . . the HTC EVO 4G was not included. Today though, Madden NFL 12 and this time, the HTC EVOs weren't left out.
For those who have been following Madden since it came out for iOS in 2009, not much has changed. However, all the cool features that this mobile version of Madden includes have been exceptionally ported to Android (including full rosters for all 32 teams). This includes two modes, Total Defensive Control and Action Control Time, which let you slow the game down to make it possible to stop a defender going for the end zone or make a juke that will miss that tackle.
Another feature exclusive to mobile Madden is the ability to draw hot routes. This way, you can tell your receiver exactly where to go – potentially changing the play just enough to help you score a touchdown.
Madden NFL 12 is available in the Android Market for $6.99. If you are a die-hard Madden or football fan, you are going to want to grab this today.
