Nexus S free at Best Buy today

Nexus_s_all_carriers

If you have been waiting to pick up a high end Android device, today might be the day to do it because Best Buy is offering Samsung Nexus S devices for free. All three carrier versions are included in this sale, but you will need to sign a new two year contract and be either a new customer or eligible for an upgrade.

Although the Nexus S is a high end device, it is not one of the bleeding edge dual-core qHD monsters we have been seeing lately. Still, for any new user and most experienced users, the device should offer more than enough power. Not only that, because the Nexus S is the official Google device, you will always be able to upgrade to the latest version of Android, and the development community around the device is strong.

If you are unsure about the device, you can read our Nexus S review here, but the only downfall I see with this deal is the long two-year contract. However, nless you are waiting for the rumored Nexus Prime, I can definately reccommend the Nexus S at this price.
