Nook Touch receives new update
The new Nook Touch just received a minor update to version 1.01 tonight. It doesn’t come without benefit though as users will enjoy easier connections to WiFi hotspots, longer battery life, and a more responsive touchscreen. The update is getting pushed out to users now, so make sure you have WiFi running.
Having just picked up one of these myself (review coming soon), I haven’t seen much of an issue with these options yet. The touchscreen has been excellent, considering the ever so slight delay with the e-ink refreshing, and the battery is nothing to scoff at either. I’ll take the improvements of course, though!
