"Old-school" Android launcher now available for HTC EVO 3D

Oldschool-launcher2-evo3d The same developer who first created a working perma-temp root solution for the HTC EVO 3D, and who also ported the popular Sony Ericsson Arc launcher to the EVO 3D, has now brought the popular old-school Android Launcher2 with 3D scrolling effects to the EVO 3D.

Eugene373 has made the apk for this launcher available for download here, after multiple requests from users on Twitter. It is based on his popular Gingerbread launcher that is currently available in the Android Market, but it is optimized for the EVO 3D's larger qHD screen.

If you have any previous versions of this launcher installed, you must uninstall them completely before installing this update. Afterwards, however, you should be good to go, as this is the last update that Eugene373 expects to release.

While I normally don't keep my eye on individual developers, opting instead to focus on individual apps and solutions that suit my needs, Eugene373 is certainly one who is making quite a few very valuable contributions to the Android and EVO communities. So I'll be sure to keep my eye on him from now on, and you be sure to let us know how you like this launcher if you decide to give it a spin!
