Pano lets you take beautiful, seamless panoramic photos on your HTC EVO

Pano

Ever seen a beautiful view and the only camera you had with you was your HTC EVO? Sometimes the 8- or 5MP camera is just fine for snapping the picture by itself, but what if you want to capture a panoramic photo?

Sense 3.0 added a panoramic feature to the built-in camera. But for those who aren't running a Sense 3.0 ROM on their OG EVO or who want the capability on their EVO 3D (it's not included by default), check out an app called Pano.

This photography application makes snapping panoramic pictures very simple. You simply fire it up and start taking pictures. There is even a transparent guide that you can follow to make sure your panoramic images line up. Once the whole image has been captured, Pano will process the images and stitch them into one long, beautiful photo that is saved to your EVO.

The app could stand to add visual effects, incorporate the LED flash, and allow you to save in a higher resolution; however, considering it's only been available for about a week, I feel it will develop into a solid product in the coming months.

Pano is currently on sale for $2.02 in the Android Market. If you would like to check it out, follow the links below. Also have a look at the official Pano Flickr page if you would like to see what the real life possibilities of this app are.
