Purple HTC EVO 3D coming soon to Best Buy
The HTC EVO 3D is about to get a lot more colorful. We just found out last week that a white version of the handset would be making its way to Radio Shack on September 9, and now it looks like Best Buy has scored an exclusive version of the device … in purple.
There's no word yet on when the purple EVO 3D will be available at Best Buy, but my guess is sooner rather than later. We also don't have any images of the back of the device yet, but the camera trim will most likely be a bit more muted than the current bright red on the original black EVO 3D.
I am comfortable enough in my masculinity to admit that the EVO 3D is actually quite sharp in purple, and if I didn't already own the device in black, I would have a hard time choosing between the upcoming purple and white variants.
In any case, this is yet another reason for the more fashion-conscious readers of G&E to jump on the 3D bandwagon.
