7-inch Amazon Kindle Fire tablet coming in November, bringing PlayBook style?

Kindle1-500x358-custom

About a month ago, we first heard about Amazon's 7-inch Android tablet. From that first report, we learned about a few of its specs, including a dual-core processor, 1BG of RAM, and Android Honeycomb. However, we knew nothing about its design or any definitive release timeframe . . . until today.

Rumor has it that the tablet, named the Kindle Fire, will be coming in November. A formal announcement will take place this Wednesday, which is the 28th of September.

On top of a release timeframe, we also have an idea about what this should look like. Since the same rumor also states that the Fire and the BlackBerry PlayBook are both manufactured by Quanta, you're probably going to see a very similar design between the two for Amazon's offering.

To wrap up everything we've heard so far about the tablet for you, it's going to be a PlayBook actually running Android that's very heavily tied into Amazon's media services.

To say the least, I'm completely ecstatic about this. How about you?
